Action Spring Co. Inc. manufactures metal stampings ranging in thickness from .004 through .375. Customers may supply their own dies or our tooling department is capable of producing dies using the latest in EDM equipment to meet a customer’s specifications. ADDITIONAL PROCESSES
Action Spring Co. Inc.’s additional process include grinding, presetting, shot peening, vibrating and heat treating up to 1200 degrees and less depending on the size of the order. All outside processing is required to meet the quidelines of Action Spring Co. as well as the customers. Reports are kept on outside processing to assure that these sources are following the guidelines stated with each order. Outside processing includes plating, passivating, magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection and heat treating over 1200 degrees depending on the size of the order. |
